About Us Forged Fractional is a people-first operations and growth consultancy that partners with entrepreneurs and small businesses to help them scale. We’re expanding our services and looking for a talented Contract Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our brand presence and step into client projects right away. The Opportunity This isn’t your standard “one-brand” marketing role. As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creative force shaping the voice of Forged Fractional’s social presence — and driving content for clients across multiple industries. We already have businesses ready to start NOW — so you’ll be stepping into a role with momentum. What You’ll Do Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for Forged Fractional and client brands Create engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, carousels, etc.) tailored to each platform Manage scheduling, posting, and community engagement across multiple accounts Collaborate with our leadership team to align content with brand voice and goals Track performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements to maximize reach and engagement What Makes This Role Unique ? Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For 1. Proven experience creating and managing social media for businesses/brands 2. Strong content creation skills (graphics, copywriting, video a plus) 3. Ability to manage multiple brands/projects at once 4. Creative thinker with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling 5. Self-starter - comfortable owning projects from concept to execution 6. Location: We’re especially looking for someone based in Springfield, MO or the Southwest Missouri area. Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design/video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Descript), and scheduling platforms (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.), plus knowledge of LinkedIn/Instagram best practices Compensation - Contract role: ongoing project-based work, with rates determined by experience. - Flexible schedule + remote: work on your own time, while keeping projects on track and results aligned with client goals. - Immediate opportunities available: start with Forged Fractional and step right into client projects that are already waiting.
