Electrician Helper

Description:
-Will assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems -Will work in crawlspaces, attics, and in extremely hot and code conditions when needed -Will interact with customers and must learn our customer's needs and how to communicate the services and solutions that we provide. -Will learn and perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of experienced electricians -Must maintain a clean and organized work environment -Must adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times -Will wear a uniform shirt that is provided, long pants, and work boots -Days and times are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Hours will vary some daily -Will start at 12.50 per hour Benefits- -Competitive wage- We will pay top dollar for the right candidate Once you become an electrician, we have top base pay, plus performance pay which includes commission and bonuses. -Health/dental insurance benefit options -Retirement-401k -Paid time off and holidays -Training and career development opportunities

Qualifications:
-No Experience Necessary. We will train the right candidate - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment -Strong work ethic and willingness to learn -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work in various weather conditions -Must pass a drug test and criminal background check
