Registered Behavior Technician for Stone, Taney, and Christian Counties

Job Responsibilities Implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Provide direct ABA services in home and community settings Teach functional and adaptive skills Collect accurate data and follow treatment protocols Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Promote independence and personal goal achievement Maintain a safe, structured environment Working Conditions Work with individuals of all ages Home and community?based settings Fast?paced environment with shifting needs Physical requirements may include lifting up to 50 lbs., mobility support, and extended standing/walking Why Work at SCDDB SCDDB offers strong clinical leadership and a supportive work environment. Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Active RBT® certification or ability to obtain within 60 days Ability to maintain RBT® credential per BACB® requirements Experience in behavioral health or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and data?collection skills Ability to work independently and follow structured plans Ability to pass background checks Ability to obtain/maintain Class E Driver’s License Ability to complete required trainings
