Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $45.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday - On call, Pre-Scheduled Night and Weekend work (as needed) Employee Benefits: ? Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Advancement Training Key Responsibilities of the Refrigeration Technician include: ? Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings. ? Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues. ? Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. ? Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. ? Work with other trades to complete projects. ? Follow all safety protocols and regulations. ? Provide excellent customer service. ? Maintaining company issued vehicle, tools, and equipment.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have: ? High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred) ? Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Refrigeration Technician ? (Preferred) experience servicing: Reach-In/Walk-In Coolers & Freezers, Ice Machines, Large ? ? Warehouse Systems – Coolers & Freezers, Refrigeration Controls ? Experience working with multiple refrigerants ? Knowledge of Commercial of HVAC systems a plus ? Outstanding customer service skills ? Commitment to performing high quality work ?
