Hey there! Even though we've probably never met, I love you! Jesus loves you and to me that's a mighty good reason for me to love you too, stranger or not. My aunt says that you can hear my smile when you talk to me from hundreds of miles away. I think that's one of the most wonderful compliments. Proverbs 15:13 says that "a happy heart makes the face grow cheerful" and I do everything I can to express the joy the Lord has planted in my heart every day and with everyone I interact with. Talking with and praying for all of you is one of the greatest privileges and honors, and I hope to be even the smallest measure of encouragement to you if we get the chance to speak.
The goodness of God has been evident to me my whole life. From the moment I was born, He was looking after me. He protected my newborn self from suffering complications from the Spinal Meningitis I entered this world with. He sent me a literal miracle rescue from a rip current when I was a preteen. And, in His kindness, He rescued from an anxiety and depression riddled existence by calling me to work here - in ministry. I'm so thankful to God for all the blessings He's showered on me, too many to count!
Among those many blessings are my wonderful husband, Matt, our 2 dogs, Kal-El and Koriander, and my sweet kitty, Honey Bee. We are homebodies who love nothing more than a good afternoon of sleeping in and playing video games. When I'm not working or gaming, I'm likely thrift shopping or singing - probably to Christian radio or the occasional musical or barbershop quartet. I especially love singing harmonies - they just make music so much more beautiful. It's a true delight to be part of a company that uses music to share hope and encouragement, joy and beauty, and Truth and Life with a world in desperate need of it.
