Description:
We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated Plumbing Technician/Installer to join our growing team. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our clients plumbing systems and be comfortable working independently throughout the day.
Plumbing Technician/Installer Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain a daily schedule
· Manage and maintain job information
· Utilize Customer Management Software for scheduling and billing
· Communicate with customers
· Determine customer needs and discuss solutions
· Installation of new equipment and products
· Inspect plumbing systems for operation and potential issues
· Troubleshoot issues and find solutions
· Repair damaged plumbing systems

Qualifications:
· 3-5 years’ experience
· Experience with sewer cleaning equipment including sewer machines, jetter equipment and camera locating equipment
· Strong verbal communication skills, ability to discuss issues with customers in a way they understand
· Critical-thinker, problem-solver
· Must hold state driver’s license with good record
· Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different location
· Self-motivated and able to manage independently throughout the day
· Ability to pass drug test and background check
