Description:
As a Software Engineer Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team with engineers of all experience levels who help each other build and grow technical and leadership skills while creating, deploying and supporting production applications.
The Software Engineer Lead is responsible for independently developing and consistently redesigning and refactoring a product to adapt to the business needs of our ministries and initiatives.
The Software Engineer Lead is involved in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring.
The Software Engineer Lead will lead communications efforts with key stakeholders prepare business benefit proposals, lead business and systems analysis efforts as well as mentor team members on tools and techniques to improve application delivery and support initiatives.
Qualifications:
A B.Sc. in other fields or graduate from a business or trade college with an IS degree or equivalent experience.
Computer Science or related degree from a recognized four-year college is preferred.
Previous leadership experience desired.
Seven plus years of relevant work experience with: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Experience with front-end framework (React, Angular or Vue).
Experience with Microsoft Technology Stack (C#, ASP.NET 6+, SQL Server).
Experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
