Wash Club Sales Trainer $20-25/hr + Bonus

Description:
What You’ll Do: • Train Like a Pro: Coach our Service Advisors to master the art of selling car wash club memberships—think value pitches and objection handling • Ignite Sales: Develop fun, effective training sessions that turn our team into membership-selling superstars, boosting sign-ups and hitting quotas. • Cheerlead & Motivate: Be the team’s biggest fan—keep spirits high, celebrate wins, and inspire everyone to bring their A-game every day. • Lead by Example: Show how it’s done with hands-on demos, role-playing, and real-time feedback to build confidence and skills. • Track Success: Monitor progress, tweak strategies, and report on sales growth to keep us shining bright.

Qualifications:
Who You Are: • A sales rockstar with a knack for teaching—experience with subscription/membership sales is a huge plus! • A natural motivator who can rally a team and make hard work feel like fun. • Confident with training groups of all experience levels, from newbies to seasoned pros. • Bonus points if you’ve worked in car wash or membership sales —but if not, you’re eager to learn the ropes fast. • Positive, upbeat, and ready to be our team’s loudest cheerleader.
