Facilities Coordinator

Description:
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing routine duties related to the maintenance of the Club’s facilities and vehicle fleet. The Facilities Coordinator will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. Position requires driving company vehicles. Candidates must have satisfactory driving record and a valid driver’s license for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties and to be covered under the company insurance the requirement is for an employee to be a minimum of age 21.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Related experience preferred. ? Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. ? Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. ? Ability to use hand tools and power tools. ? Excellent organizational and time management skills. ? Time management and ability to meet deadlines ? Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask ? Computer literacy, including database management and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite ? Demonstrated ability to take direction and to execute goals. ? Demonstrated ability to both execute tasks individually and work with the Facilities Manager to ensure the safety of the Club.
