Description:
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, Club Drivers are responsible for providing
transportation services for youth using company fleet in a safe manner. The Club Driver must: possess the ability to work 1:45 pm-4:45 pm Monday-Friday with other hours as needed but scheduled and approved in advance; be able to operate vehicle in a safe and responsible manner; be able to pass agency background screens and drug screen at any time; be dependable and punctual; and be patient, follow instructions, and establish rapport/buildrelationships. Work sites are located in low income areas, challenging neighborhoods, and growth neighborhoods. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and at times moderate or very loud. Position requires transporting large groups of youth. This position requires driving company fleet. Candidates must have satisfactory driving record and a valid driver’s license for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties and to be covered under the company insurance the requirement is for employee to be a minimum of age 21.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
? Experience with youth (professional or volunteer)
? CDL B license w/passenger endorsement
? First aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain certification in a timely fashion.
