Description:
Provides mentoring, support, and advocacy to minor girls (Residents) that have been identified as being a survivor of commercial sexual exploitation. The Residential Assistant also assists the Residents by modeling pro-social behaviors, conflict resolution and provides support in basic independent living skills.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree and at least six months relevant experience or High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years’ experience. 2. Is at least 21 years old 3. Basic computer skills. 4. Ability to read, write and speak English 5. Continue personal education through staff development and training each year (i.e. Trauma-Informed training, Human Trafficking Training, Peer Specialist, and Leadership). 6. Valid Driver’s License 7. Clear driver’s record and background checks
