Kitchen Coordinator

Description:
The Kitchen Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensure quality food preparation, order food / supplies, coordinate food donations, train kitchen staff /volunteers and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Duties include: Plan / create menus Manage food budget Supervise kitchen staff Manage food inventory Ensure compliance with food handling/safety procedures Train kitchen staff

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in food management & working in a commercial kitchen required High School diploma or equivalent Effectively communicate Exercise discretion / confidentiality Organized / detail oriented Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
