Our Manager Trainees, while learning how to manage a high-tech car wash property, work hard at providing our customer with the best wash experience. From a great smile, to a clean property, our Manager Trainees work side-by-side with Site Manager, District Manager, Operations and site personnel in the front line of a great customer experience throughout our facilities. 6 locations in Springfield, MO allows for those highly motivated individuals to excel and learn all that is entailed in operating a successful business from the ground up. Kearney Hours of Operation: 7:00am – 8:00pm Monday – Saturday 8:00am- 8:00pm Sunday Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day! Qualifications:
Successful candidates for this position will: · Must have a sense of urgency · Must have lots of energy and initiative Tigger’s are welcome, Eeyore’s need not apply (Google it if you don’t know) · Quick on your feet · Willing to work in an outdoor environment · Be highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in team leadership · Insist on being in the know is every aspect of the operation · Have lots of energy and initiative · Be dependable and resourceful · Enjoy working independently and in a team · Be mechanically inclined · Be willing to get dirty to get the job done · Have a “Put me in coach” attitude • Excited about continuing a career in a management position at a company that offers an opportunity for growth – • 1+ years of management experience is required • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment · Superb customer service skills · Project a friendly & courteous attitude · Flexible schedule- including weekend availability · Professional appearance · Managers and MIT’s have a 50 hour work week · Have an outgoing personality · Proven work experience managing a staff - · Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills · Excellent supervisory skills and openness to feedback · Willingness to work in non-climate controlled environments · Successful applicant must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position · 1 year experience in team building/management experience Average first year as a Manager Trainee $40,000++ plus benefits! Requirements: · Minimum Age 21+ years old · Minimum Management Experience – 1 year required · Must Be Able to Lift 40lbs · Open Availability: no restrictions on your time; available to work any hours of operation · Must Be Able to Stand/Walk for An Entire Shift · Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills · You must be a hardworking, team player. · We require you to be friendly, honest and have great customer skills · We operate a small crew, so we need energetic people · Flexible
