Description:
Network Administrative Assistant The Network Administrative Assistant supports the ministry of Convoy of Hope by assisting with all aspects of administrative support, event support, and project management for the Network division. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Acts as a point of contact for Network Relations team members, including but not limited to: a. Calendar management. b. Credit card reconciliation. c. Meeting preparation. d. Project management. e. Detailed follow-up on projects as assigned. f. Administrative and/or analytical support as assigned. 2. Facilitates daily meetings and ensures execution of project objectives. 3. Provides follow-up and summaries of meeting action items. 4. Composes correspondence, compiles reports, and creates documents and spreadsheets. 5. Assists team members with time-sensitive or high-volume projects as needed. 6. Manages confidential information in a professional manner. 7. Interacts with team members at all levels of the organization in a gracious and supportive manner. 8. Serves as a permanent substitute for the receptionist desk — this position will be the first called when a receptionist is utilizing Paid Time Off. 9. Fulfills all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1. A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. Three or more years of ministry or conference experience is preferred. 3. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately convey Convoy’s program work within the organization, to partners, and to appropriate target audiences. 4. Displays proficiency in Mac/PC and software programs, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce. 5. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain tact in difficult situations. 7. Attends and actively participates in Convoy of Hope At Home Week meetings and activities as a required responsibility to the organization and fellow team members. 8. Serves as an advocate for the ministry, striving to nurture, broaden, and develop financial and other resource opportunities to support and expand organizational and program ministry. 9. Positively represents the ministry of Convoy of Hope, including its mission statement and core values, to all outside constituencies. 10. As a Christian organization, Convoy of Hope believes it is critical that each team member embrace the organization’s religious purposes for which it exists and not only agree with its Statement of Faith but demonstrate it in their lives on an ongoing basis. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
