Description:
The Programmer will develop and support custom PHP web-based applications and backend components that enhance AGFinancial’s organizational efficiency. The Programmer must be able to write database queries, understand relational database design and maintain a high security awareness at all times. This position requires knowledge of PHP, MySQL/SQL, HTML, CSS & JavaScript. Good organizational, project management, teamwork, troubleshooting and attention to detail skills are needed. A strong candidate for this position is willing to learn, takes pride in their work, is willing to go the extra mile to ensure stakeholder expectations are met, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technology field, has working or educational experience programming PHP applications or websites, knows how to implement good user interface techniques, and understands CRUD database operations. This position reports to the IS Manager.
